Important side note:Once and if the addons you were subscribed been updated on the workshop you won't be able to benefit from that. Then go ahead to your game launcher, press the "Local Mod" icon and direct it to that destination: SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\107410 and select the 107410 folder. This way you will be able to play without re-downloading everything again. I'm still subscribed to them and have tried un-subbing/subbing, but nothing. After reinstalling, I cannot seem to add any of the workshop files. Meanwhile for anyone that facing or will face the same issue as mine, a temporary solution is that you go on your subscribed items page on steam and unsubscribe each of the mods (at least the one that game launcher shows as corrupted and have to be re-downloaded). How do I re-download workshop mods after re-installing the game After the update and reverse update, my game's been acting up so I deleted it from steam. You should raise a support ticket of why this is happening to your clients, I've searched before posting and seen that other people have mentioned the same problem as mine, your words would be more valuable than a single user support ticket. We can't do anything about that, nor we exactly say why it happened. By following the steps mentioned in the previous method, open the ‘Download’ settings page. It seemed to redownload the content but Civ 5 still doesnt see any. Unfortunately we can't do anything about that as it is not Launcher, but Steam client itself that triggers the re-download. The Steam Workshop is a central hub of player-created content and tools to publish.
